Week Four Waiver Wire: Under the Radar

The 2011 fantasy football season without question has been highly unpredictable so far. Projected studs are hurt or unproductive, rookie quarterbacks are lighting up the scoreboards and defenses are so far behind the offenses that point totals seem to be skyrocketing each week. Going into week four, the tiers of your fantasy football league are starting to shape and it’s time to either solidify your place at the top or make a move in attempt to right the swayed ship that is your fantasy team. Jim Harbaugh Introduced as San Francisco 49ers Head Coach

Harbaugh has his work cut out for him.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the San Francisco 49ers, have come to terms on a 5 year, $25 million deal to bring in ex-Stanford Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. This comes after reports of a six-hour meeting between the two parties on Wednesday.

After much speculation that he could wind up with the Dolphins or back at Stanford, Harbaugh decided that San Francisco was the best fit. He insisted that it was not about the money, but rather the right organization and a chance to win. (more…)
